My brother Jeff and I have been partners since 1988 providing marketing services to the property and casualty vertical. We currently employ a total of 60 people, 35 in California and 25 in Bangalore India.
Here is a brief history of our accomplishments.
Started National Marketing Services in 1988 to provide insurance telemarketing and list services to the property and casualty insurance industry. There weren't many firms offering telemarketing in 1988 and we pioneered the insurance telemarketing process that most insurance telemarketing companies use today. In 2007 National Marketing Services became NMSDATA and in 2010 we settled on Neilson Marketing Services.
Started Programbusiness.com 1999 by leveraging the National Marketing Services database to provide a specialty insurance market search engine for retail property and casualty brokers. Programbusiness.com gets an average of 40,000 visits per month from retail agents looking for specialty markets. We make money by providing MGA's, insurance comapnies, and vendors, with advertising, internet marketing and email marketing opportunities.
In 2009 we released Agency Tsunami which is a complete insurance internet marketing platform that includes web design and development, SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
